What's your business, and who are your customers?
A registered massage therapy and sauna services. We offer our clients deep tissue or relaxation massages to help with pain associated with day-to-day activities and work, or clients recovering from injuries and other discomforts.
Tell us about yourself
I am passionate about helping people recover, relieve pain, reduce stress, and help with their overall well-being without using medications and other invasive therapies. Having a husband with fibromyalgia, I understand how tough it can be for some people to carry on with their daily lives. I am motivated each day by the knowledge that I am able to help my client achieve a holistic approach to their health and wellness needs. Also, the positive feedback I get from my clients gives me great motivation to continue making a difference in people's lives.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is being able to combine the stress and challenges of being a wife and a mom to 5 beautiful children and successfully building a strong client base who are happy and faithful to us and continue coming back every time!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Striving to succeed and give my best by being dependable and constant with the everyday challenges of work and my personal life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My top tips for them are to have a genuine passion for what they want to do, consistently work hard, and be determined and focused.
