We're a global full-service marketing agency for restaurants.

Tell us about yourself

I wanted to help restaurant owners get better results from their businesses by implementing effective marketing strategies it gave me satisfaction that I was able to help. Things at the start were really tough to land clients, so I was super focused on doing really good work, and referrals came naturally. What motivated me to keep going was the purpose and the dream I was building, the purpose of being helpful and useful to humanity, and the dream of building a successful agency and seeing the hard work is paying off either way.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to build this agency from scratch and being able to help our clients overcome the worst times of the COVID pandemic by providing them with the mental support they need, as well as ideas, strategies, and implementation to make those ideas a reality.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Owning a business is full of uncertainty and surprises, which makes things difficult to action your grand plan with consistency, so you always need to find the sweet spot, where you are supposed to invest your resources and capacity and keep your hand on the pulse without freaking out and causing further damage.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on creating really good work that gets talked about.
  2. Do consistent marketing that is focused on generating new customers.
  3. Keep it simple, don't overcomplicate, get started, and optimize along the way.
  4. Bonus: Don't start a business you don't understand.
