My name is Rea Wilke, aka Coach Rea. An awarded Executive Coach passionate about helping make a difference in the world. I am a serial entrepreneur, leadership coach, sales strategist, business advisor, and marketing strategist. Expert in NLP Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Personal and Professional Development, and certified Self-Talk trainer. I am an acclaimed Author and international speaker.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner and the CEO of Your Life Now, LLC, is being awarded 2015, 2020, and 2022 the “Best of in Executive Coaching.”
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being able to navigate through obstacles and staying focused on your vision.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know your “Why.” Why are you starting your business?
- Are you willing to take the necessary action and steps to run a business?
- Know your obstacles and focus on the solutions.
- Your vision should be so compelling that it can motivate you to stay the course and accomplish your vision.

Progress is everything. Take an inventory of your progress, and review what you have done so far. And most importantly, don’t lose sight of your vision.
