What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is a business coaching business for health and wellness coaches, as well as a done-for-you e-commerce digital product business offering programs, courses, and marketing kits that can be rebranded and used to help health and wellness coaches scale their businesses.
Tell us about yourself
I started as a health coach over a decade ago and branched off into coaching health coaches in business. This happened after I scaled my own health coaching business to 6-figures by creating programs that helped me land clients. What motivates me most is seeing everyday health coaches succeed and help others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment was hitting 6-figures as a health coach and multi-6 figures per year as a business coach - doing what I love and helping health coaches make their impact.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Mindset - breaking through limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don’t give up - it’s not easy at first, and it takes time, so be patient.
- Get support - entrepreneurs shouldn’t have to build their businesses without support. Hire a coach, or meet with peers, but get the support needed to sustain and grow.
- Keep it simple - don’t overcomplicate your business and only implement what you need to scale (and avoid shiny object syndrome).
