What's your business, and who are your customers?

We build custom analytics dashboards for operations teams. We're open to other clients because data is so universal, but our core customers are manufacturers, industrial distributors, and related industrial companies with $10-$100m in revenue (either as a company or one division/location).

Tell us about yourself

I worked for Tesla for 5 years and loved the intersection of Supply Chain and Data. I'm motivated every day to help supply chain professionals save time and money. I've found so many people who spend hours and hours of time every week just doing manual excel calculations over and over again.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Getting my first MRR contract.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Growing sales. It's the lifeblood of any business, and many people think of literally every other aspect of their business before how to sell. Sell first.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. If you are experiencing self-doubt, narrow your scope of confidence. You don't know everything, but your confidence can be high for one thing.
  2. Focus on sales before you commit to an idea (pre-selling is great).
  3. Work crazy hard.
