What's your business, and who are your customers?
I’m a florist specializing in Weddings and Events!
What motivates you each day?
I was working for others in a retail floristry environment. The plan was always to have something of my own one day as it’s such a creative and individual industry. I’m motivated by each day being different and no two weddings being the same.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
In 2019 I won the wedding florist for the East of England region, which was voted for by my couples.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having to solve issues even if you have never encountered them before takes time away from the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Leap, Put the work in Focus on getting good at one thing, not many.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
You will never work as hard as having your own business, but the benefits outweigh this if you are willing to put in the work.
