Wild Carrot Herbs supports strong-minded women navigating anxiety, depression, thyroid and menstrual challenges through heart-centered consultations and beautifully formulated herbal teas and tinctures specific to the individual.

My curiosity to continue learning and connecting plants and people in powerful ways engages my creativity, which is deeply motivating.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Developing herbal apprenticeship programs that share the joy of the plants from beginner learning to clinical understanding.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Committing to the daily practices of eating well, getting good sleep, walking in nature, and honoring the energy that's greater than ourselves so that it's genuinely possible for me to be fully present to my students and clients.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Surround yourself with people who do similar work so that you can support one another.
- Have a weekly date with a friend or colleague during which you share your wins for the week and your goals for the coming week.
- Journal daily, creating a reliable time each day (10 - 30 minutes) in which to brainstorm, access your intuition, record your Ah-ha moments, and express your frustrations so you can grow from them.
