For over 30 years, we have partnered with CEOs and Senior Executives and their teams to enhance and develop the practice of conscious leadership.
Tell us about yourself
In the late 1980s, it became apparent that leaders at all levels in organizations could benefit from bringing their attention to more than WHAT they were practicing in their personal and professional lives (Human Doing), but also HOW they were approaching their daily practice of engaging with others (Human Being). We created a process whereby clients at all levels in their development could benefit from examining their daily practice in all areas of their lives. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Supporting skilled leaders in enhancing and developing their leadership skills, resulting in them bringing their whole person to every relationship - in both their professional and personal lives.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Seeing a need in others and a way to bring benefit to them and understanding the reality that - even the most "successful" person can fail to see where their relationship skills can grow.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
