Tell us about yourself

I didn't enjoy or agree with the traditional working model. I despised being in traffic for 2 hours a day, attending unnecessary meetings and missing out on the things that made me truly happy in fear of losing my job or upsetting my boss.

I craved a life of freedom and joy while bringing value to my work and the 9 to 5 model simply allow me to do that. So on the side of my day jobs, I dabbled into various projects and podcasting stuck. Ginni Media started as a side hustle and now has grown into a multiple 6 figure business.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building a 100% remote team around the world of talented individuals who get along well.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Setting boundaries around what you need to keep self sourced.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Make the time every day to prioritize your happiness.

2. Be patient.

3. Surround yourself with people, influences and voices that support you.
