What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Linguistic Anthropologist helping small business owners and entrepreneurs increase productivity at the point of human connection. We are leveraging the language of sales. The most efficient mode of communication that is present during the exchange of goods and services. This language has been around for thousands of years.

Tell us about yourself

I started my business to teach youth emancipated out of the foster care system the profession of sales. The most non-discriminative profession.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping my clients secure multi-year contracts with the United States Coast Guard, California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA), Microsoft, Salesforce, and the Getty Museum. Being selected as an Unheard L.A. speaker for Nation Public Radio(NPR) Topic: Sales and Dating in L.A.- "Swipe Left"

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Knowing you can't help everyone. It is uncomfortable witnessing people that don't listen.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do what you love.
  2. Know that questions are the answers.
  3. Always allow yourself to dream and think BIG.
