What's your business, and who are your customers?
Nursing Business School specifically for nurse coaches and consultants. My customers are nurses that are looking to monetize their knowledge. We teach nurses to work from anywhere around the world, making money and owning their own time, building profitable nurse coaching and consulting businesses.
Tell us about yourself
I have been a nurse for 30 years. I saw a gap in the industry where nurses could provide their expertise to the community and other nurses so that they could change the face of healthcare as we know it. Providing coaching and consulting from experienced nurses who know how to navigate the nuances of nursing to provide a better experience for nurses and patients.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping other nurses launch their own businesses that create space for them to spend time with their families and travel from anywhere around the world, making money and owning their own time.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is cognitive dissonance. Knowing that this will never end. Because with each goal reached, the only thing that changes is the goal. So it is constant.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do not be afraid to invest in yourself.
- Invest in a coach that has a proven track record.
- Know that time is infinitely more valuable than money. A coach can help decrease the time to your desired goal.
