I love to teach and coach. I was CEO of an $8MM business. After a merger with two other businesses, I left and decided to start helping other small business owners become better leaders and managers.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Increasing profitability of my business by over $500,000 in less than a year.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Making decisions. Our business owners' decisions can have very serious implications for ourselves, our business, and our employees.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Understand your market - who buys your product and why.
