What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help men in their early to mid-'40s improve their mental, physical, spiritual, and social states so they can be inspired to live the life that they were destined to live. We do this by having two companies that support them in their journey. VioFitness focuses on the physical and social aspects, and our podcast.

The Fitness Oracle, focuses on the mental and spiritual aspects. Our ultimate goal is to give people the lifelong tools they need to combat mental health issues such as depression and loneliness in a holistic way.
