What's your business, and who are your customers?
Janco Associates, Inc. (incorporated in 1998) is a management consulting firm that focuses on Management Information Systems, particularly on the strategic application of information technology to gain competitive business advantage.
Tell us about yourself
I have always been interested in how technology can be applied to business operations so they can have a competitive advantage and provide "World Class" service that is second to none.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing services to clients that make them succeed even in the most difficult of circumstances. For example, we created a product in the early days of the PC that was awarded the Best of Comdex - Productivity Tool.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying afloat given adversities. There have been times that we have not had any profits and were able to take no income except to pay our staff and normal operating expenses.
