What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a speaker, trainer, coach, and host of the Find Your Leadership Confidence Podcast. I help female entrepreneurs break thru those butterflies to slay their message, as well as coach them on leading with the heart, head, and hands in the 21st century. I also have an anti-aging and wellness business that complements my speaking client's needs well.
Tell us about yourself
I feel like I started working on my business many years before actually creating my LLC. I have been a Toastmasters leader, speaker, coach, and trainer for over 25 years, and my over 40 years in the corporate world have led me to do all I can to help other women on their journey.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I believe my biggest accomplishment in my short time as a business owner is my podcast which in 6 months has over 100 episodes recorded, and being a contributor to 4 books this year.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is knowing when to invest in yourself and delegate work that is keeping you from being the face of the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get a couple of good coaches.
- Have a system.
- Stay focused, consistent, and positive.
