Tell us about yourself
I offer professional Vibrant Rising™ Emotional Intelligence Training to corporate teams and Soulful Rising™ strategic sessions to individuals seeking soul-level support.
I am the proud Chief Operations Officer of Wildly Empowered, a Non-Profit Wellness Retreat Centre supporting overall wellness in the Greater Edmonton Region.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
After nine years in corporate business (property management), I've successfully launched my coaching business, joined a non-profit to build Wellness Retreat Centre for first responders, and moved forward with some magical projects on the go. The biggest accomplishment is to stay inspired and committed and continue serving and supporting community and business owners.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing would be to move with ease and grace and to support myself on "rainy days." I've mastered the skill of how to achieve things from the place of force and power, and I am learning how to ensure the project is successful from a place of love and flow.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
