What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are one of the oldest Plant Based ONLINE cooking schools around the world. Our customers range from mature business people looking for challenges in their personal lives.

Tell us about yourself

I became Vegan after working most of my life in the USA as a business marketing executive and CEO. I was living quickly, making a lot of money, and eating in a way that was killing me. I decided to switch this way of life and moved to New Zealand and then Spain. I became a Spaniard because my mother was a Spaniard. I enjoyed the European way of life much better than the USA. COVID-19 completely changed our IN PERSON training to ONLINE, and I taught my staff how to survive and make a new life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We made the plant-based eating a world of eating before it became required. Because of health, environment, and cost. We led the world before there was a stage. And we stayed with it until it became the reality that it is today. No longer is Plant Based or Vegan dishes unusual, it appear everywhere.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Time to change. Years ago, we realized humans would be moving to Plant-Based. It took 10 years to catch up.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be patient.
  2. Think globally, not just your world.
  3. Dream big and hold onto your dreams; make them a reality.
