What's your business, and who are your customers?

This business is built on the belief that everyone has the ability to transform their life by addressing their emotions, beliefs, and thought patterns through deep introspective work. Healing of all kinds becomes radically possible when we embrace who we are - and release who we are not. This business is built to bring people together in sacred spaces so they can experience this inner work and move beyond the limitations of their minds and upbringing.

Tell us about yourself

I grew up in a family and community where I felt like an alien. I didn't align with many of the beliefs, and I was just very different from everyone around me. It put me into a deep depression at a very young age. I didn't understand my soul purpose at the time or truly have anyone who I felt I could rely on emotionally. I started reading the works of Rumi at age eight and became very interested in Spirituality. I didn't quite realize the significance of my emotional blocks till 2014, when I became a Psychosomatic Practitioner. Since then, I have continued to work on myself and support others in their healing - by offering intuitive guidance and channeling wisdom from the higher self.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Watching hundreds of people attend workshops and retreats over the years go through huge upgrades in their personal and professional lives. My favorite part is watching how people's eyes light up after connecting back to self - and seeing how inspired, they are to be themselves in the world. I have watched many people start their own businesses or enter into healthier relationships. I have also witnessed many shift their approach to life where they can be more at ease with the present moment and appreciate how far they have come without putting so much pressure on themselves to keep pushing forward in a forceful way.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think there is a big difference between being a business owner and following your inner calling. I have been a guide for many since my teens - and this is not so much a business for me as much as it is an inner knowing that this is how I am meant to serve people. I feel in this particular line of work, I am constantly being challenged to share insights and then give others the space to integrate those insights so I am not bombarding them with more than what they can handle. I am practicing the art of meeting people where they are at - no matter where they are at. It is a gift that people trust me to support them and facilitate transformation - and I do not take people's trust, presence, and desire to heal lightly. To be in integrity with my calling, I have had to do a lot of inner work to release survival consciousness and step into a knowing that I am taken care of through this process.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Love what you do! If you are oozing with gratitude for your ability to serve in the way you do, your clients will feel it and want to invest in you because you are coming from a good place inside your heart.
  2. Believe in yourself. It can be easy to get discouraged if you have a fear of rejection or are afraid of being judged. If you believe in yourself, it will matter less and less what others think, and you will be more filled with gratitude that you get to be who you are in the world without the fear of what others may think.
  3. Ask for help - and seek support. No man or woman is an island. We are here to encourage, support, and bring wisdom and knowledge to each other so we can all thrive. Be open to receiving from others - and use your good judgment to know what advice to take and what advice not to take. Be careful not to allow your fears to run the show....take risks and see what happens! You never know who you could become if you trust in your life path.
