What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is helping clients reclaim balance in their spiritual, mental & physical health. My clients are typically creative people who could benefit significantly by living with less stress, anxiety, or PTSD.

Tell us about yourself

If you asked me now, I’d say the darkest days of my life were the best to ever happen to me. Seriously. The impact of my fall made it visible to me that something needed to change and change fast. The insights in rediscovering the balance in my mental, physical & spiritual health taught me how to live a better life. For years I searched for a solution to my broken thoughts and insecure feelings. Until I learned about an inside/out understanding called the Three Principles, it was a game-changer!

Seeing the truth behind who I am and how my mind works significantly improved my life. Don’t get me wrong, I still can have occasional insecure thoughts around business or personal decisions, but the difference now is I now have a choice whether I believe it or not. Before, I assumed I had to accept it if I thought it. That shift allows me to “Share My Voice with The World.”

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Every client’s recalibration is an accomplishment because of the ripple effect and positive impact they have on the world.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Initially, for me, it’s over-saturation of information. So many business models or templates to follow that I was confused, and that caused my inability to act. Learning to trust my inner voice seemed very difficult at first but over time got much more accessible. Now that I’m aware of my voice, hard times or issues seem less complicated.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Communication is crucial! Take a shared context approach that ensures when you say ‘A,” the real listening and watching audience understands exactly what you mean.
  2. Adaptability is the key to longevity. Listen to those you serve; they’ll provide the information you need to decide how to move for growth or success.
  3. Remember, growth isn’t linear, and every failure comes with a jewel if you can see it.
