I'm a Business Coach for healthcare providers in private practice.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a psychologist who studied business extensively and was able to grow my group practice to 24 counselors. In 2005 I wanted to share what I learned about business and marketing with others in my field. I love seeing the great financial and service results from therapists who want to help as many people as possible.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Coaching many psychotherapists and counselors to multi-million dollar practices - all starting around $200,000.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Balancing personal and business life.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be very clear about who your customers are.
  2. Develop a signature product to meet those customers' most pressing needs.
  3. Measure everything precisely from day 1, especially your Profit and Loss numbers.
