What's your business, and who are your customers?

We provide bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory to online U.S. businesses. With a nil churn rate (none of our clients have left us), we are very proud to say that we provide the best care and service with one business day reply commitment. Our specialty is working with non-U.S. founders, mostly in the digital world with SAAS/PAAS, e-commerce products, or services.

Tell us about yourself

Knowing that we contribute to the growth of small and medium businesses every month makes me wake up with a purpose every morning. Having been a CFO and board member of PepsiCo subsidiaries, a Delaware CPA, Professional Coach/Mentor for the last 25 years paved the way for my entrepreneurship journey at the age of 50. The result is a very successful, client growth-focused Accounting Firm.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting a new business from scratch, building a great team, and seeing our clients grow their own businesses. In addition to being an accounting firm, we are also a technology firm where we both manage our processes with high-tech solutions and also advise our clients on the same.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Finding the right talent... As the business grows, so does the need for talented people.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

These three tips are equally important and not in any specific order:

  1. Understand and serve your customers well.
  2. Work with the best talent.
  3. Work hard but also wisely focus on the right priorities.
  4. If I could also add a 4th tip, I would say research and choose your Technology Stack well. Changing them on the way is the most unproductive use of time.
