What's your business, and who are your customers?
True Stone Coffee Roasters is a craft coffee roastery serving St Paul, MN, and surrounding area independent coffee shops and restaurants with freshly roasted coffee in the top 1% of coffee in the world and providing equipment service and delivery to our customers.

I've been in the coffee business for over 37 years. For the last 19 years, I have owned my own company.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
This is it. Being in business and successful for 19 years.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I had a partner in my early years, and splitting with him was one of the hardest things I lived through.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I think owning a business is a lifestyle you always carry with you. Whether thinking about it from time to time when not at work or working extra hours to ensure it all goes well. I have always been blessed to have good employees who have embraced the company and worked hard to help us be the best.
