My clients are those who feel stuck in their life and on their journey of healing, who want to understand more about their own unique energy field. The average age group is approximately 25-65, and all genders. They are looking to understand more about their experiences and to connect the dots through self-discovery of who they truly are beyond the physical.

Tell us about yourself

What first started me on this path was my own healing journey and thirst to know and understand more about the human energy field. At a time in my life when I was experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety, I felt guided to explore the world of non-traditional healing practices and found my way to discovering practices such as Reiki, yoga, and meditation as a way to connect more to myself. From there, I was ALL IN and continued to learn many practices, attending courses, workshops and traveling to seek knowledge and gain experience in this field. What motivates me most is the desire to connect with other individuals and share in these practices, as they have been the main pillar of growth and transformation in my own life. This work gives me great hope in how unlimited we truly are as human beings and what we are capable of becoming.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is being a part of the experience and impact that this work has on another’s life. It has expanded my awareness greatly, as I am always learning from the people I connect with and it is an honour to sit alongside another in their healing journey.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest challenge with being a business owner is the amount of energy that goes into creating something that you are so very passionate about. There is a lot of love, sweat, and tears that go into being a business owner and many “behind the scene” challenges that take place.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be willing to go ALL IN, and give it your all. Output is measured by input, and there are no easy ways to be a business owner, just many learnings along the way.
  2. Don’t give up; keep going all the way. There will be many times you see reasons to quit, you will be tested, and there will be many things that don’t work for you. The trust and endurance you have to keep going will be your greatest strength.
  3. Success comes in many forms. When you think it’s not working, maybe change your perception of what success is. Trust the process and all the steps forward and backward are the building blocks or foundations of success. Growing a business is not linear and takes many cycles of change.
