What's your business, and who are your customers?
As an outpatient rehabilitation facility, we will develop a specialized treatment program to address your healthcare needs. Our staff will access the patient's needs associated with their strength, stamina, range of motion, and function. We accept over 30+ insurance plans to serve you at our two locations, Dearborn and Canton!
Tell us about yourself
In 1994, we were encouraged to open our own facility by an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Lawrence Morawa. We began as a consulting company and quickly moved to a free-standing orthopedic practice in the Dearborn and Canton area. Sports medicine, orthopedic conditions as well as vestibular/balance, worker compensation, and post-surgical conditions are the majority of items that we treat.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping so many patients over the years get back to their lives in the most beneficial way, pain-free, stronger and more fit than before.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The buck stops with you, no matter what happens! You have to have thick skin at times!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Surround yourself with positive, helpful people. You will need the help, and you won't have all the answers.
- Work hard, enjoy your business and take time for yourself. Don't let your health slide!
