Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Nuria Sefchovich, Founder and coach of Threees Transformative Coaching, located in New Westminster, BC, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

When did you decide you have to be normal? What job description are you choosing to be? In your relationship, would you rather be right than happy? What if you can be you and not the expectation of you? I turn every breakdown into a breakthrough! That is what makes me an unconventional coach. I know you would like to overcome the past by taking out the distortion glasses that are shaping your future. In short, I help you to tap on the energy of peace and ease while living in an unpredictable future.

Tell us about yourself

My purpose in life is to be the bridge, connecting and serving other beings to create bigger legacies. Moving from Mexico to Canada with my two daughters, with no social or professional support at the time and only trusting what I knew. I played a game where everything is possible, creating everything from nothing. Have you been there? For over 20 years, I've had the honour of leading communications programs, marketing initiatives, and corporate social responsibility strategies for major government, non-profit, and private organizations. As a mentor, I've been an incredible support for my mentees while volunteering at YWCA Metro Vancouver and Proyecto VIVE in Mexico. I'm a co-author of two books: "El Cristal con que miramos" and "Stories From Newcomers to Canada," edited by The University of Fraser Valley.
Additionally, I participate as a speaker in different panels, conferences, and online mastermind groups. Being a certified Access Bars Facilitator has been my source of energetic transformation. What motivates me is being a newcomer and standing for all of those coming behind me and who are in the same spot I was. I'm here to let them know that everything is possible.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having long-term clients and seeing their transformation. Of course, getting referrals and acknowledged by being part of different podcasts or articles for what I do. More importantly, so far, my biggest accomplishment is creating from my list of im-POSSIBLE list.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

That you are the source of creation in one way or the other. Making choices that are actions for the future and not necessarily make sense for people around you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Recognize the energy of your body and your business as separate entities that contribute to one another.
  2. Write down six impossible things that takes you away from creating your business.
  3. Be willing to surround yourself with those who know more, create more, and challenge you to be the business owner you imagine you are while taking a shower.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Giving and Receiving is keeping balance in nature. Please be aware of it when starting your business. The idea of giving all your knowledge for free to get more clients disrupts the natural order of things. I'm here to Choose, Change & Create with you.
