What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help career-driven new mums rediscover their sense of purpose and put themselves first without the mum's guilt. I achieve success through an intensive online program with coaching and support throughout their journey.
Tell us about yourself
I am a qualified PT and certified pre and post-natal coach, and after becoming a mother, it became my passion for helping not only women but mums, more specifically, for creating time and effort for themselves. After becoming a mother myself back in 2019, I found it way more challenging than I expected, losing my sense of self and struggling to find my identity and a sense of purpose in this new world of motherhood.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped many mums to realize it's not selfish to prioritize themselves and create time and space for arguably the most important person in the family/ household. Mum is often the one that holds everything together. I love seeing the journey and transformation my clients go on by adopting the strategies I teach and sharing with them, helping to improve their mental health, their relationships, and their self-confidence.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Not always having all the answers and juggling everything yourself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Invest in a mentor or coach, don't make excuses, and just take imperfect action; trust your instincts- do it the way that's aligned with you and your goals.
