What's your business, and who are your customers?
TopSphere Media is a midwest-based all-in-one video production company. My customers include a business that needs marketing material, an artist who needs music videos, and really anyone who needs production content.
Tell us about yourself
TopSphere Media started in 2011. I got into video production in college and began working on a business I could take with me post-graduation. Being able to help champion brand voice and engaging storytelling through our productions is what motivates my team each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is when I am able to bring friends and family on to jobs and also pay them for their help.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Takes a lot of hours after the day has ended, and there is always something that needs to be taken care of to help you grow. Planning for the future while also delivering high-quality content at the moment.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Invest in yourself. Network and make connections. Don't give up.
