What's your business, and who are your customers?
Top Empowerment is a Digital Marketing Agency that focuses on Personal and Business branding, helping entrepreneurs, through one-on-one mentoring, develop their brand to reach out to more followers inside their social media platforms to turn them into prospects and possible clients.
Tell us about yourself
I've been an entrepreneur since my early age, owned various businesses, and am a mother of two beautiful kids and a happy wife. I know how it is to start from scratch, as various of my businesses have started in the midst of chaos.
What motivated me to start Top Empowerment was seeing the need inside the Hispanic community to fight the language barrier when it comes to self-improvement and continued education regarding their business. My biggest motivation and passion is sharing my knowledge with others about personal and business branding so they can grow their business and generate a positive impact on generations to come. Also, enjoy it when they reach their goals and achievements.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Recently I was recognized as one of the 100 Successful Women in Business around the world in London, the UK, at the Women's convention 2022. I am always working on myself, so I can get better every day at what I am passionate about so I can continue giving the best of me to my clients. My biggest accomplishment happens when I see the results in my customers and when I am able to teach others to find their true potential and share it with the world.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying on top of technology changes so I can provide my clients with the latest and the best in what we do for them. This is why my mantra is "always keep learning" educate yourself every step of the way, and you will never fail.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Learn every day, be consistent, and stay focused on their why (what motivated them to start a business).
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Always follow your dreams, never quit, invest in yourself first, and don't forget where you come from and who was and is always there for you. Stay humble and be proud of our hard work and achievements.
