What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business, TLashCo., is centered around making everyone feel even more beautiful than they already are. The services I provide are: individual lash extensions, body sculpting, facials, and brow services.
Tell us about yourself
In the beginning, it was most challenging keeping up with an active duty lifestyle while maintaining and growing my business. It was a very demanding lifestyle; I had to find a good balance between the two. I’m motivated every day by looking back from where I started to where I am now. My clients are a constant reminder of all of the love and support I have that keeps me going.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is having the opportunity to put full faith into my full business time and be my own boss.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being an entrepreneur is discipline. No matter how you’re feeling, you have to show up for yourself always. Even if you don’t have the motivation, giving up is never an option. You work 24/7, but, honestly all worth it in the end.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
For anyone looking to start a business, I say do it. Do your research and acquire the necessary items/documents needed, and get started. Procrastination is not your friend, don’t think about it, Do it! And don’t be afraid to ask questions!
