What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a personal development instructor, reiki master, and oracle coach. I help people to expose their shadow/unconscious minds and reframe conditioned thinking. I provide energy healing to increase aura and teach workshops on psychic development and shadow work. Tecko Evolution Academy is a subsidiary of Tia Te'aire LLC. It is a school that teaches spirituality and psychic development.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business because I saw a need to understand the different consciousnesses and the authentic self. I learned through my own battles with shadow work how to expose the shadow/ unconscious mind and what the unconscious mind/shadow really looked like. I also learned how to reprogram the subconscious mind and integrate with the different consciousnesses to create my own reality the way I wanted it to be, and I wanted to share that with others.
Many have made progress and life changes by uncovering their unconscious mind and recovering memories within the subconscious mind, healing and integrating and starting their own businesses, going after their own goals, launching apps, becoming entrepreneurs, and much more.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been publishing three books teaching the understanding of the five selves to reach the authentic self. Seeing people tap into their authentic selves and become who they truly desire to be as well as finding their life purpose has been so rewarding.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about being a business owner is promotion and getting myself in front of the people who need the services that I offer, yet I have done that in so many ways it never ceases to amaze me.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know your audience, know what they need and how YOU can be of service to them.
- Be in alignment so that you set prices based on your industry and not desperation about how much you can make.
- Be in an industry that you enjoy, so every day feels like a reward rather than work. Enjoy what you do!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I truly am thankful for this opportunity! I have worked hard the last four years at my business, and launching Tecko Evolution Academy through Tia Te'aire LLC was one of the best things I've ever done.
It is a reward every day to get up and serve the collective as a humanitarian. I will continue this work because I authentically enjoy what I do.
