What's your business, and who are your customers?
Two businesses. FORZE XXIV TRAINING GYM (for-zuh) and KTI Canali. The first business is a hybrid membership gym with an emphasis on free weight training, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. The second business imports an elite fitness equipment line from Italy and distributes it throughout North America.
Tell us about yourself
My passion for fitness and healthy living transcended into a sustainable career. I've climbed the tiers and overcame learning curves to reach my current status. Reflection is motivation, as is seeking out new growth opportunities.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Independence. Independence generates self-discipline. Work-life self-discipline can be applied to all components of life, leading to empowerment and confidence. Independence clears the path to success by limiting barriers and restrictions.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Issues, dilemmas, difficult decisions, debt, and failures are all in your orbit.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have significant savings or funding to carry you through the start-up and growth phases until sales revenue can sustain your personal and financial needs.
- Research demand for your product or service as well as the competition.
- Hire seasoned professionals with real-life experience. A college education is not a precursor to success. The value of a 4-year degree has diminished greatly.
