What's your business, and who are your customers?

As a Business Alchemist, Coach + Strategist, I launch successful female entrepreneurs to their next level by creating a spiritually infused strategy that scales to multi 6-figures and allows them the freedom to play. My clients are service-based business owners who are ready to grow and ready for more but are at capacity, which stalls their business growth. They want to create mind-blowing success while feeling RELAXED... my clients are not here for the hustle culture. They are here for a lifestyle that serves them and a life that includes liberation, income, and impact. The clients I work with are at the point in their business where they have two choices - stay the same, or get support from an expert to help them scale their business and their LIFE.

Tell us about yourself

After hanging up my corporate hat as a successful hotelier and scaling a luxury boutique hotel to 8 figures in the Nr.1 Ski Resort in North America, I became an entrepreneur so that I could live a full AF life that aligns with my dream lifestyle. On this journey, I have built a successful + strategic business infused with a spirituality that is curated to scale. One that includes freedom, flexibility, joy, spaciousness, and fulfillment because I wanted MORE than just being on my laptop or glued to my phone.

But my entrepreneurial journey wasn’t always as ease-filled. Just like my previous career as a Hotel GM, my business used to be my everything. So much so that I would eat, sleep, and BREATHE it. And I got to the point where it was all-consuming. My business WAS my life. And that is just the thing I learned. The entrepreneurial journey can easily become the only thing you eat, breathe, and sleep on.

Personally, I wanted everything to be a success…
My business.
My relationships.
My income.
My impact.

But, when I was on the verge of burnout again, I knew I had to burn it all down, even though it was all working. Or, so it looked like from the outside. I couldn’t do it anymore, not without changing what I was doing, how I was doing it, and who was in the process, to support me. I had hard choices to make - stay the same or make a change.

I chose to change - and I will, every day for the rest of my life, if it means staying deeply connected to myself, my dream lifestyle, and helping people like YOU do the same.

I have curated and created a system that helps me stay at the most lavish hotels on the planet while I travel the world and get to run my business my way. All while calling in dream clients, income, deep impact, and still scaling the business I created. Isn’t that the dream!? I have learned how to shift my mindset to a multi-million dollar one, support my nervous system, and manifest the most magical experiences. And I have done it in co-creation with the divine as I began infusing spirituality + strategy to create what I have now.

In my coaching, I have discovered that most entrepreneurs are suffering in their business not because they aren’t making enough money but because they don’t have the integrity to manage their money and their business model is one that isn’t serving them. And I have made it my mission to change this and help entrepreneurs master their businesses and experience the reason WHY they became an entrepreneur - the freedom, fulfillment, and lifestyle it can offer us.

We get to build our businesses in a way where there’s SPACE for us to expand, grow and feel satisfied, so we can be in all the places of our life we truly desire to be. That's what motivates me each day to show up and do what I do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I want to tell you that it is scaling my own business to six figures in just 2 years or being recognized for my work. But truthfully, it is taking a stand for building a successful business in a way that allows me to have the freedom to play. To have space in my calendar and to no longer let my to-do list hold power over me. To be a relaxed woman. To have FUN building my business and doing it my way, owning my own lane. I continue to take a stand for what I believe in, even if this means saying NO to business and clients. To stay in integrity with my vision for my life and business, even if it means making tough choices, is definitely the accomplishment I am most proud of.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing is letting go of control and embracing uncertainty with confidence and certainty. It's trusting that it is working even when we can't see results yet or when things go "wrong." Being an entrepreneur, especially in the beginning phases, comes with a lot of ups and downs and fluctuations in cash flow. This is why I am such a big advocate for building business models that are not only highly scaleable but also build a recurring stream of income to help us calm our nervous system while supporting our bank accounts. You will need to be willing to fail and keep showing up, no matter what. Not everyone is made for this or wants to take this risk. But I do believe if you really want it, you can build a highly profitable and wildly successful business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get really clear on what it is that you do and WHY you want to do it. Your why has got to be more than making a lot of money so that it can motivate you to keep going no matter how hard it gets.
  2. Get yourself the support of a coach and mentor, don't do it alone.
  3. Be willing to fail and stay committed to keep going. This is why making it FUN to build your business is so critical.
