What's your business, and who are your customers?

When we think of “karma,” we typically think it’s something bad that happens to someone who did you wrong. But truly, karma is input/output. How you first treat yourself will determine what kind of energy you put out and, therefore, what kind of body you have, what kind of relationships you have, and what kind of life you have.

So if we want to have an extraordinary life, we must first feel extraordinary, outstanding, and invincible. And that’s a personality that’s built, not born. Well, that’s where I come in: I help people build themselves up; I help them train their body through their mind and their mind through their body so that they can project that into the world and get that back as the “good karma.” In other words, I help people become physically & mentally fit.

Tell us about yourself

As my life changes and I learn and experience new amazing things, it always turns out that it was that things changed when I changed first. I have built my life to be an amazing adventure and feel as good as I've ever felt! I feel outstanding every single day. This is why I want to help people do the same: feel great and, as a result, build a great life. Because... we have only one life, as far as we know right now, so wouldn't it make sense to make it an outstanding experience?

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There are two parts to this. First, just as a business owner, it's building my business to 6-figures on referrals and recurring business. The second is more personal - I feel very proud of the work that I have done with my clients so far. To me, there is almost no better feeling than seeing clients truly build their self-confidence, trust themselves, and change their lives from within. I've helped people get out of depression, I've helped people lose weight, and I've helped people achieve what they once thought was unachievable. This, to me, is my biggest reward and accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Just like in probably any other profession, seeing people who are NOT great at this work, but being great at marketing & sales and therefore leading people on to buy into their hype. All we have to do is stand still and keep doing our work because I'm in this for the long haul.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Stay persistent. Nothing beats persistence. Surround yourself with people who are on the same path and those who are above you - where you want to be. Be willing to make mistakes, embarrass yourself and fail, but no matter what - get up and do it another day. Become your biggest supporter, not your own bully.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

What you give is what you get, not only with others but with yourself too. Be kind to yourself and be patient with yourself. You're doing the best you can. And you're doing amazing.
