Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and wellness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Noa Gaia Lakshmi, Founder of The SoTeria Foundation.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

The SoTeria foundation is dedicated to the purification, regeneration, illumination, and liberation of the human race, returning back to our natural state individually and collectively.

SoTeria in Greek means health expressed as wholeness and unification of body and soul. It represents restoration to a state of safety, soundness, and well-being.

Through fierce self-love, I guide people to experience and live in their natural state, which is a state of vitality, inner joy, inner peace, and wholeness, being completely free of addictions, dependencies, ailments, disease, and emotional baggage.

Tell us about yourself

I’ve always been a free spirit, so going on the entrepreneurial path was very natural. I never had the thought, ‘oh, I want to be an entrepreneur’… I didn’t even know such a thing existed. I just followed what felt right and true for me. So in a sense, I started “working” on my business from the moment I can remember myself because I am “my business.”

Practically speaking, I started to “officially” offer my services in the online space somewhere around 2014-2015. It’s not so much about motivation but more of an inner calling and guidance. I just follow the guidance…

When people ask me, ‘what do U do?’ my answer is - I work for God. It’s 24-7, 365, and I’m always on (even when I’m off) 😂 I know it’s a unique approach, but that’s who I am very out of the box.

Serving “others” is a gift, and we can do it in many different ways. The business we create (when coming from an authentic and genuine place) is merely another way for us to offer our light in service.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

When the first SoTeria Regeneration Sanctuary is up and running, that would be the greatest “accomplishment.”

For now, I’d say publishing my first book in 2017 - Master Your Life with Love.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I am my business, so whatever the human experience brings plays a part in everything I do or create.

Staying focused and undistracted, learning how to stay in the highest integrity with myself by saying no to what I feel isn’t in alignment. Not being afraid to reinvent myself and what I offer.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Stay true to yourself by being 100% authentic and real. You didn’t come here to be liked. Stay in service to what truly matters which is pleasing people, isn’t it? Those who resonate with you will be attracted to you, so always trust your intuition and inner guidance.
  2. Keep self-love and self-care your #1 priority - your business is an extension of you.
  3. Be patient, persistent, and focused while simultaneously being in complete flow. Create structures that support your growth and allow the magic to happen within those structures.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Be free. Be sovereign. Remember who YOU truly are. ♥️
