What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm the CEO and founder of The Smart Investor, which helps consumers make better financial decisions when it comes to banking, credit cards, and personal loans.

Tell us about yourself

Most of my friends, including myself, didn't get a financial education at school. This costs you after that when you don't understand basic financial management and struggle to manage your money. This is the motivation for the business - to help other make better decisions and understand how the financial world work.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The biggest accomplishment is the increased number of consumers trusting our brand and being featured on top-tier media outlets.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Uncertainty in a fast-changing environment. The new chat capabilities are just an example of how uncertainty can impact businesses, especially in the online media industry.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
