What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help people fly for free using credit card points and air miles. My customers are anyone who is an adult and does not want to pay for travel.

Being in good morning America is one of the biggest accomplishment I have as a business owner.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Getting everything done before bedtime.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Sell first!... then invest in your business.
  2. Marketing is everything... you need to let me people know what you do... Do not sell them. That will come later.
  3. Bring value, and trust will come.
