Online coaching program for high achieving women who have yo-yo dieted for years to finally achieve the body of their dreams and live the life they deserve.
Tell us about yourself
I was a professional dancer and always had a weight problem. I was ridiculed every day by my father. My family was fat-phobic. Consequently, I had very low self-esteem and self-confidence. This started me on the path to getting the perfect body through every diet I could get my hands on. I lost so many years of experiences and relationships because I was constantly obsessed with food and my body. After many failed attempts, I finally cracked the code to loving my body, finding peace with food, exercising healthily, being productive instead of busy, and enjoying my life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having grit and perseverance in the face of all sorts of obstacles. Also learning to ask for help!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It is staying motivated, facing all sorts of obstacles, and believing in myself and my dreams.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself and your dreams.
- Stay focused and motivated and learn time management skills.
- Surround yourself with people who support and believe in you, and stay away from people who try to tear you down or want you to fail.
