What's your business and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself

I got into fitness due to have Crohn’s disease. I needed to be better for me and working with a trainer made me switch my goals to training others. That then translated from me owning 4 small gym studios to going 100% online so I could be home with my kids and never miss a milestone with them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is that we now train trainers to do what we do. I have helped start over 120 trainers business and now mentoring on a full time basis!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think the stress of supporting others and their families. You don’t only have to support you but you have others lives at stake that work for you.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Don’t start a business unless you are obsessed with it, if you're not obsessed and focus every ounce of energy into it then it won’t be successful.

Be Selfish, be obsessed and find a circle who is successful to be around. Success will only bring more success

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

All businesses should be online, I should have gone online 7yrs ago and never had brick and mortar.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?

There comes a turning point in your company where you have to bring new people on. You will make less at first but you will have more free time at home.. which then in return will then help you grow more. Make less to make more long term.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?

My favorite is Gary Vee, love him or hate him he is 100% authentic.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Going into business it’s ok to fail, keep throwing till it sticks and if you're truly passionate and obsessed with it then it will stick. You just need to find out how.
