I am Dr. Nikki, a lifelong learner and way seeker. My passion is to attend events, meet new amazing people, and share their wisdom with my audience. It's a win-win! I learn, my audience learns, and my guest gets a platform to expand their business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Setting up and launching the podcast was certainly a big accomplishment, as was creating the system to keep it going.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Hiring the right team to handle the backend production so that I can focus my energy in my zone of genius... content creation.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Study and know your craft well.
- Hire a coach to clarify your vision and keep you accountable.
- Hire a team and set up the systems so that you can focus on the part you love to do and delegate the rest.
