What's your business, and who are your customers?

The MindFix Group helps entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders identify, then eliminate, the biggest mental roadblocks and barriers that are holding them back and preventing them from experiencing the fulfillment, happiness, success, and peace they know they're capable of.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a 20-year entrepreneur that previously ran a consulting agency but then started MindFix when I realized that traditional therapies and coaching practices weren't helping high achievers overcome their anxieties, fears, and self-sabotage. I tried endless modalities trying to help myself, but nothing worked. Then I discovered that SUBTRACTING (in other words, doing the opposite of what most modalities recommend) was the key to rapid transformation -- and MindFix was born.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping over 1,000 people alleviate or eliminate their fears, stresses, worries, self-sabotage, and stuckness.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Wear all the hats and do all the things prior to being able to hire the team of your dreams. (And when you ARE able to hire those people... it gets so much easier!)

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Learn to fine-tune, hone, then step into and fully trust your intuition!
  2. Learn who you can help and who you CAN'T -- then make sure your messaging matches and you have a screening process to prevent your company from engaging with the wrong clients.
  3. Delegate as quickly as possible -- working outside your zone of genius for very long will only hurt your business.

Change doesn't have to be difficult, nor does it have to take a long time. Our company exists to spread this message!
