Tell us about yourself
We offer a complete, fully managed marketing solution that gets a practice to grow by $300k annually. We offer website design, SEO, PPC ads, FB ads, automated follow-up, appointment reminders, etc. Our program is so effective that we have never lost a client.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We earn a 1000% ROI for our clients, which is unheard of in our industry. Our customer service is above all else. As Founder and CEO, I've committed to being available to any of our clients at any time they need me.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Building a successful team that consistently gets results. Being a good leader means taking care of your team, so they enjoy their work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you surround yourself with skilled people that are good at what they do and a pleasure to work with.
- Balance your workload with quality of life, such as exercise, recreation, and good friends.
- You run your business. Never allow your business to run you.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I started my marketing agency 15 years ago, and it struggled for the first ten years before we became extremely successful. I highly recommend anyone starting a business to partner with a successful mentor if you want to avoid headaches like this with your startup.
Also, you don't need to spend a lot of money on a fancy website to market your business. You just need all the right pieces to convert the right customers.
