Mobile beverage trailer serving smoothies shaved ice, coffees, mocktails, and snacks. Residents and visitors to Squamish, young and old, are my customers.

I’ve always cooked for a living. Food is in my soul. It’s my passion. I love creating delicious food and beverages for anyone to enjoy. The smiles on satisfied faces are what motivate me to keep going!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner was when I was starting this business in May 2020 and seeing success through the pandemic.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You’re always at work, always on call, and always wondering if you could do more for the success of your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have a plan and stick to it.
  2. Be realistic.
  3. Hope for the best, but definitely plan for the worst!
