Tell us about yourself
Lifelong entrepreneur. Always passionate about building and growing businesses. After starting and selling a few firms, I found my way into management consulting. For 18+ years, I've had the pleasure of working with great companies all across the globe.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
All the younger folks over the years I've had the chance to mentor and guide along their entrepreneurial and professional journey has been my most significant gift.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being an inspiring leader can unite a wide swatch of personalities under a centralized goal. Then working to motivate, inspire, mentor, train, and develop great talent to reach new levels.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be prepared to invest - time, capital, and energy.
- Never stop learning.
- Don't Quit!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Entrepreneurship is a worthwhile endeavor. When successful, you can meaningfully contribute to the economy, families, communities, and the world. There are many paths toward contributing to a great business that doesn't always require you to be the owner. Find something you can "go all in" with, and don't look back. And never forget that people make the world go 'round. If you want to be great, find ways to bring people up and with you on your journey.
