I own a boutique hair salon offering current trends to all ages.

I’m blessed to love what I do, and being able to share it with clients and staff makes the days even better. Supporting people and being supported are what motivate me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My largest accomplishment is being able to support my family with my skills and have returning clientele which means no bad days in the future.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There are many difficult things that come with owning a business. Paperwork for a creative person like me is the worst. Being the one that has to deal with everything is a big weight to carry. But having a good support staff makes it easier.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Follow your dreams, take your time, and do a good job (cut no corners).
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Look at your business as a whole, don’t let one bad day change your course.
