Tell us about yourself
I started in recruitment in 2013 by complete accident. What keeps me motivated is the ability to partner with companies that have amazing missions and who are real change makers in their industries.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My function in our business is to focus on talent and recruitment. One of my biggest accomplishments is partnering with a company to help them scale from 300 to 1500 in less than a year with a 98% acceptance rate.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I will speak in regards to working in my function of Talent/recruitment. I think one of the biggest challenges is the continuous changes of why candidates are looking to make a move and ensuring your company's values are resonating with the market.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You have to have the humility to want to be better.
- Grit to break through norms and challenge the status quo.
- Prepare to make sacrifices.
