I have developed 6 high performance teams (in IT) throughout my career and the best part of my job is witnessing when people start taking ownership of their brilliance.
My greatest gift is in playing some role in their ability to do that.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Playing a role in helping people see, and step into the full magnificence of who they are.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding ways to market that remain aligned with who I am and who I want to attract as clients.
What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
1. Be prepared to fail fast and iterate.
2. Stay true to what lights you up.
3. Come from a place of genuinely wanting to be in service.
