What's your business, and who are your customers?

I assist individuals and organizations in becoming culturally successful within an organization. This is done by individual coaching and organizational consulting. My customers are existing and aspiring leaders, executive management, and businesses as a whole.

Tell us about yourself

I have worked in the field of Human Resources for over 21 years. While working in the field, I recognized the connection between employee turnover and the need for effective leadership versus management. Assisting individuals to become better people and, ultimately, better leaders motivates me to do what I do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is having the opportunity to serve in a coaching capacity internationally.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is the ability to consistently obtain business to completely transition out of the workforce.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Unless you have a substantial amount of money saved, maintain your 9 to 5 until you are able to exit the workforce comfortably.
  2. Stay true to your vision.
  3. Focus and discipline.
