What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a digital marketing agency that works closely with small and medium businesses, med spas, restaurants and cafes, dentists, lawyers, and realtors.
Tell us about yourself
As a digital marketer with 10+ years of experience across 12 industry niches, I wanted to make data-driven digital marketing accessible for all. This led to the creation of The Digital Cauldron, and since its creation, we have helped many clients drive amazing results; the smile and expressions of joy on their faces when they see the results we deliver keep us going every single day!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Differentiating ourselves from the other agencies as one that tells you what they are doing, why they are doing and the impact it will have. We aim to grow with our clients (we have strong retention), and that's why we have a vested interest in their success.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
There are times when you realize you aren't the right fit for a client even though you genuinely believe in their product/service and want to help them. Tough times call for tough decisions, and those are never nice.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay humble.
