What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the only culture coaching collective with the easiest fix for the hardest thing in business. Our coaches help their clients create the culture they always dreamed of and lead their company from simply having core values to truly having a valued culture.
Tell us about yourself
I am an entrepreneur first that, after a couple of business exits, got asked by other entrepreneurs to help them with their corporate culture. I know I love speaking, writing, and teaching leaders how to address the malaise of employee disengagement and create environments where their employees can be loyal, fulfilled and engaged.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating the first step-by-step approach to cultural transformation that is measurable and offers value to the world for employees, business leaders, and their coaches under The Culture Fix brand.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having to make judgement calls that balance competing priorities every day and stand by them, knowing how directly they will affect you, your stakeholders, and your family.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do something that you enjoy doing and are therefore good at, find a small targeted niche to conquer first, and keep your costs as low as possible.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Living a values-centered life and putting words to why you do what you do, and being mindful of this purpose every day will bring success and the joy of work to one holistic life that is neither work nor play but simply you living your best life.
