Tell us about yourself
I have always had a passion for helping people in fitness, nutrition, and personal development before I ever received my degrees and certifications. As a young girl, holistic health has always been and still is my lifestyle. I knew if I started my own business, I could help a larger population of individuals looking to alleviate the pain associated with poor health & wellness. I also come from a family where my mother and father were successful business owners later in life for whom I am and always were proud of for doing so. They have also been a motivation for me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is when I get positive feedback that I have helped someone. My second biggest accomplishment was when my business was featured on Changing Times L.A. Show.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is that you have to dedicate time to your business. At the same time, others are playing while you are working. However, it is worth it in the end.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The three tips that I would give someone looking to start, run, and grow a business today are:
- Be dedicated.
- Be disciplined.
- Never give up.
